Open Borders Fools? George Soros’ Tools

Let’s go way back to the illegal alien “we want our rights that we really don’t have” demonstrations that coincidentally marked world communism’s holiest day, May 1st, for the past two years. Like most conservatives, and most intellectually honest Americans, I was really pissed off that our government didn’t use the opportunity to perform the most massive round up of scum that the world has ever seen. But anger about such opportunity lost was only my initial reaction; my disgust grew more pungent as it aged.

Today, what grates my cheese the most about those absurd theatrical episodes is that people who might have been a first-time objectors to the brazenness of our invaders were consistently served up reminders by the media and politicians of all stripes that their disdain contained within it a politically incorrect dislike of brown people. And I fear that for many, it further indoctrinated them into the false belief that “tolerance” is among the most healthy of societal values in a nation that treasures liberty.

Hogwash.

The defense of Liberty requires measured, educated and well-reasoned megadoses of intolerance toward people, causes and habits that, if allowed to be widely distributed, require a larger and more authoritarian government to manage. And of course it follows that if our nation continues to experiment with its ethnic mix - creating, coddling and fertilizing pockets of cultural others that almost surely can never truly join with us - it will eventually require an authoritarian state, or a totalitarian state, to keep the peace. And Liberty will be forever lost to America.

If this nation were truly capable of assimilating every cultural and ethnic group, then it would already have naturally done away with the de facto segregation lines that persist between Americans whose ancestors came from Western civilization and Americans whose ancestors came from anywhere else. Government would not ever have had the slightest compulsion to enforce co-mingling, diversity or multiculturalism in our schools and in the workplace. It would’ve happened naturally, not only in our institutions but in our neighborhoods.

That America has not become a far more homogenous blend speaks directly to the fact that most other cultures simply aren’t compatible with America’s traditional majority culture. It takes a tremendous amount of ill considered optimism about human nature to believe anything to the contrary; if one’s position on diveristy is based on reason, thought and an honest apprasial of mankind, it’s impossible to accept false indoctrinations about compatibility. People who intentionally seek to find any sort of reasoned, educated, and unvarnished opinion about multiculturalism as it pertains to their own best interests almost always find cause to reject it; that is, except for a thin strata of elites who have ulterior motives for seeing their pet meme enforced.

Which brings me to this little tidbit in an article published in today’s Investor’s Business Daily. Very few people in the history of the world have emerge from its sleaziest recesses to attain the level of power now wielded by George Soros while remaining virtually an unknown to most:

Investor’s Business Daily - The Soros Threat To Democracy

Didn’t the mainstream media report that 2006’s vast immigration rallies across the country began as a spontaneous uprising of 2 million angry Mexican-flag waving illegal immigrants demanding U.S. citizenship in Los Angeles, egged on only by a local Spanish-language radio announcer?

Turns out that wasn’t what happened, either. Soros’ OSI had money-muscle there, too, through its $17 million Justice Fund. The fund lists 19 projects in 2006. One was vaguely described involvement in the immigration rallies. Another project funded illegal immigrant activist groups for subsequent court cases.

So what looked like a wildfire grassroots movement really was a manipulation from OSI’s glassy Manhattan offices. The public had no way of knowing until the release of OSI’s 2006 annual report.
