Struggling to Express Your Thoughts and Opinions?

By Paul Joseph

Are you fed up of the way you are being lied to every day, whether in the media, or about American politics? Do you wish you could express your feelings and thoughts about the way you KNOW things are TRULY are. Are you perhaps struggling to express your thoughts and opinions?

You are not the only one who wants to be heard and hear the opinions of persons who also have something to say about all that they see is going incorrect. Nowadays, no one wants to be a shadow in the crowd. And having a means at your disposal to express you thoughts and opinions is a priority.
The very achievement of being able to express yourself and more importantly be listened to is an extremely rewarding feeling.
Here is a new venue to air our your feelings about what you feel is not right and not only to air out, but a place where the point and prupose is precisely to build up momentum till something is done about it. That venue is Street Rebuttal.

A name questioned me to write a small something about that.. Just how can you express your thoughts and opinions visibly and maintain a excellent rapport and relationship with the public that you are talking to?
Below are some factors that will help you to voice your opinions and thoughts:

1) Know what you are talking about…
Make sure that before opening your mouth you know what you are gonna talk about and that it has the substance in content that you want it to have. I find it best to either jot down some notes on a piece of paper, or to outright write out my script.

it really builds confidence, when you are poised and full of your subject and deliver with authority.

2) Don’t try to be so perfect.
Incidentally no one is perfect. So no point in trying to be… it will take you too long. Public will expect some imperfections, in the way you speak, in your intonations, in the fact that not everything flows just right… all that is excusable! As long as you you stick to your topic and that you provide excellent content, a simple miscalculation can be overlooked.

3) Keep it to the lower shelf…
Don’t place your cookies on the top shelf, make sure that public can know what you are talking about. Don’t make things so intellectually out of reach that you loose most of the public that you are trying to reach.
Simple on the huge words. Stay excited about your topic and your folks will stay tuned in. Folks who use huge words for no reason, just to sound intellectual and educated tend to just go on and on when what they covered could have been touched on just as adequately in a quarter of the time without the pump.
Simple on picking up daisies… simplest way to loose your audience. Stay on the straight & narrow; stick to the tale… anecdotes are OK, but they better be on topic and come back as soon as you are done. Most terrible thing is when it goes from anecdote to jokes to daisies… Don’t make the listeners fall asleep!

4) this is one time you don’t reckon about the others.
most public’s largest dread when talking in front of a crowd is how they will sound or look in front of the crowd. well, you are not just so in front of a crowd when on video, but it can project the same anxiety. You cant afford to have inhibitions get in the way?!
Just see yourself alone voicing your opinion to yourself! Ha! –well, at least, don’t depiction yourself in front of public if that is going to hinder your delivery. Just don’t reckon of the others, not now…

5) Be full of your subject
I have found that the more familiar I am with my subject, the simpler it is. I mentioned earlier that doodle notes down can be a huge help so that you have something to refer to when you mishandle. But better and best is to be so full of your subject that all you need is an outline.
If you really know what you are going to be talking about, it is not going to be such a huge deal to blurt it all out. To the contrary, it will be a breeze and even a pleasure. Know your topic till you have confidence in yourself. Let the words flow.

Hope all this help. Have Fun make your video and post it up at Street Rebuttal.

How to express your opinion

By Mark Lavie

We have all felt our blood boil when a name says something we consider unfounded, exaggerated, or unadorned ignorant.

What are you supposed to do then? If you express an opposing opinion you might find yourself entering into an argument with a name that, in fact, you did not care to pick a bone with, or here may also be the deadly feared strained silence.

Before I go on, let me say that I have found a new venue to air our one’s feelings when you know something is not right and not only to air out your viewpoint, but a place where the point and purpose is precisely to build up momentum till something is done about it. That venue is Street Rebuttal.
Here are some tips that you might consider helpful.

Step 1
First of all, it makes a difference if you are talking to a stranger or a friend? In the case of a friend, be sure not to appear belligerent or crazy, or else you might just aggravate the situation. If you’re debating with a friend think about his feelings. Will he be hurt by debating with you? Will he talk over you and refuse to listen?

Step 2
Say what you have to say, but in non-confrontational manner. You too have a right to an opinion, but maybe here is no need to go up in flames. Public are a lot more apt to listen to you if you offer your opinion calmly.

Step 3
Be sure to be a excellent listener too. No one likes to converse with a name who will comment on something that you did not even say. It is best that you fully comprehend your “opponent’s” viewpoint. And be prepared not to always win the argument… Even if you reckon you are right, best to loose the argument sometimes than to loose a supporter. Swallowing your pride and admitting that they have a point (you don’t have to agree with their opinions) may be the better way to walk away with a grasp (and a smile?).

Step 4
Just be aware that regardless of how excellent your opinion is, here is most likely a name out here who will have an opposing view. Oh, and picking your battles can save you a lot of embarrassment.

Here is a fantastic new site that allows you to express your opinion about American Politics and you can do so by submitting videos. It is promising to be a huge deal. Give it a go… It is called Street Rebuttal.
